Chris Levine
UK based artist Chris Levine was born in Ontario, Canada in 1960 and as a young man studied graphics in Chelsea, London. He doesn't actually consider himself a photographer, but as an artist that works with light - photography is just one of his tools.
He has worked with a wide range of collaborators and sitters, including Queen Elizabeth II, the Dalai Lama, Kate Moss, Mercury Prize Winners Antony and the Johnsons, Philip Treacy, Massive Attack, Grace Jones, Asprey Jewellers and The Eden Project.
Levine's work has been exhibited at London's National Portrait Gallery, The Saatchi Gallery, Science Museum in London and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
